ORDER INFORMATION

If an item is in stock, it will ship within 1-3 business day. After the item is shipped allow 7-10 business days for arrival. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you place your order and another when your order ships. The shipment confirmation will include tracking information and a delivery estimate. For out of stock items, we will notify you when we are back in stock.

SHIPPING

At checkout, please provide a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for your package. For insurance purposes, we require a signature for delivery and if someone is not present to sign for your package, you will experience a delay in receiving your goods. Typically, we ship either Ground or 2nd Day. Standard shipping is 7-10 business days and most packages could arrive sooner. If you need to expedite shipment please e-mail us with your request.

Domestic Shipments should arrive within 1-3 business days. International shipments should arrive within 5-14 days.

STOCK & AVAILABILITY

Some items in our shop are made to order; these may take up to two weeks to ship. If any item in your order is not immediately available to ship for any reason, you will receive an e-mail from us within 1 business day with an estimated shipping date.

SIZING

We offer sizing on most of our rings. If you need a ring in a size that is not listed as an option on the product page, we can size one for you. E-mail us your request. Please note that there is an additional fee of $75 to size a ring up or down one size in 14 and 18k gold and $40 in sterling silver. If the ring is an eternity band has a continuous pattern, or if the ring has to change more than 3 sizes, please contact us so we can be sure it’s possible. Resizing will also delay shipment of your product, typically 5 business days. Please look at our ring sizer chart to determine your ring size.

15 DAY RETURN WORRY FREE

We value you as a customer. We stand behind our products 100%.  15 days from receipt of item no questions asked. Contact us for a return authorization number via email, info@bostondesignerjewerlyimports.com or call  617-817-5461.    We will provide you a shipping label that allows you to return item(s) free of charge, no hassle. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a full refund.

REPAIRS

Boston Designer Jewelry Imports is produced with exceptional attention to detail in all of our pieces. In the event that your item requires repair, we strongly recommend that you send it to us. We know and love our pieces and our jewelers know how to repair them best. E-mail us at
